This took a while but just finished diving into Season 2 of Reacher and I’ve got to say, it's a solid continuation of the series. As a fan of Lee Child's novels, I was interested to see how they would maintain the momentum after the amazing first season, and I'm delighted to say they did a fantastic job.

Alan Ritchson's portrayal of Jack Reacher is one particular aspect that sticks out. He embodies the character's rugged charm and intelligence perfectly, making it easy to get lost in the story.

The supporting cast brings depth to the narrative, with each character adding layers to the overarching plot. And this time around there are a lot of characters involved in the story. This season revolves around Reacher’s past - when the members of his old military unit start turning up dead, Reacher is out to find out who’s behind all this and of course, for revenge.

Although Season 2 keeps much of what made Season 1 so fantastic, there are a few spots where the tempo seems a little slow. We didn't find the series to be as gripping as the first season, the story here didn’t hook us in after the 1st episode. But the captivating twists and turns along with the terrific action sequences will keep you interested, so it's only a small setback in what is generally a pretty good series.

Fans of the books and anyone who appreciates a solid dose of drama with lots of action should definitely watch it.
